Whylies Bath - Sydney
Whylies Baths at Coogee beach is the next pool I would like to show you here and which you will also find in the latest Weekender issue. A wonderful pool which gives you the feeling to be in the 40s while swimming your laps in the salty sea water or while reading a book and drying on the concrete area around the pool or finding shade in one of the many niche corners there.

I can look at your photos for hours )) so wonderful!!
Wow, beautiful. I think I have to go to Sidney one day :)!
Oh, ich dachte, es gäbe nur ein Meeresschwimmbad in Sidney. Davon gibts gleich zwei? Das sind mindestens zwei gute Gründe, mal nach Sidney zu fahren. Die Fotos sind wie immer großartig!
Thanks so much for this post. I've lived in Sydney all my life but never heard of this little gem before. I find that Bronte and Bondi can be too packed with people. But I'm definitely going to visit Whylies Bath the next time it's 40+ degrees here :)
aww more nice photos of Sydney...
do you ever go to swim in Bundeena at the national park? that was one of my favourite places to go when i was living there... :)
Ah!So jealous, snow and cold temperatures in Paris!
i've been wanting to go to Whylies for a long time.. after seeing your photos i want to go even more.
So beautiful. Kellie xx
PS I know what you mean about the 40's - I always get that 1920's/vintage swimming feel at the harbour beaches, like redleaf pool and neilsen park.
This place is so intriguing, i saw it before here on your blog, such an amazing setting! i hope i can visit one day :)
