Another weekend

Saturday in a cafe in Sydney
Room 10 (again)
Pears
Loving the poppies

A weekend of early mornings and runs in the park, tea in a cafe, chats to a lovely friend back home, reading emails from good friends, cafe time with friends, Spring sun and chilly evening walk home after a funny movie on Saturday and now cooking a warm soup

>> Mette's wonderful house idea
>> I can't wait to see Elizabeth's new collection, here is a first sneak peak
>> In love with Sessun's new Autumn/Winter collection, I think I also got a new hair inspiration

I booked a trip to Tokyo for January today. I can't wait!!
Let me know if you know places I should not miss

An already excited Maria wishes you a good start in the week :)

Happy for you dear Maria. Never been there, I guess I would search the teashops myself (:

Greetings from autumn, where I just bicycled to swim in the summerhouse. It was much more chillier than yesterday, the air +14°C and the water probably the same. Now warming up with woolen socks and green tea in my hand.

Your weekend looks like a really good times, with sweet tastes and perfect tea(pot). Hello to happy socks too (:

Have a good new week. Sending you some autumn colors!d

tokyo...oh, you are so lucky!!

i spent a year and a half there and have thought about going back pretty much everyday since i left (and that was about 7 years ago..!)

do you know where you're going to stay?

my best recommendation is to go on a day trip to the hakone open air musuem...it's an outdoor art gallery at the end of an old, rickety train line. you could spend a day wandering around the beautiful grounds, and the town is lovely too.

it truly is one of my favourite places in japan, and that's saying something!!! :)

I just discovered your wonderful blog and have been really enjoying having a look around! Congrats on booking the Tokyo trip - it's such an amazing place! If you get a chance I'd recommend checking out Farmer's Cafe in Omotesando Hills (and the shops), Yomiuri Land (themepark) and the shrine and markets at Asakusa.
