Untitled

After opening up my print shop a few weeks back I thought it is about time to host a little give-away :)

The lucky winner can choose a print of my print shop or from my blog. This is an international give-away so everyone can enter.

All you have to do is leave a comment below and because I am a curious person, let me know from where in the world you are reading my blog or how you came across it!

I will choose the lucky winner on Sunday, September 15th.

    Hey Maria,
    vor einem halben Jahr bin ich über deinen Blog gestolpert und seither freue ich mich immer wieder an deinen liebevoll ausgewählten Bildern. Die würden sich sicherlich super an meiner Wand machen, aber welches nur? Ich könnte mich nur schwer entscheiden:)

    Hello! I love getting inspiration from your film photography all the way across the pond in the southern United States (Durham, North Carolina).     dein Blog begleitet mich seit langem, über Düsseldorf, Indien, bis nach Berlin. Ich glaube, ich bin darauf gestossen, als ich damals selbst ein Bog begann und mir anschauen wollte, wie so etwas aussehen könnte (www.asiaiseverywhere.de). Und seitdem schaue ich mir deine wunderbaren Fotos regelmäßig an und geniesse es, durch sie das Gefühl von der weiten Welt da draussen und den herrlichen Orten zu bekommen, die du aufspürst und die dir in die Kamera fallen. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass deine Bilder eine ganz feine, unterschwellige Stimmung von der Schönheit und Zerbrechlichkeit des einen Moments auffangen und egal ob es um Kakteen, Gebäudeansichten, Fliesen oder wundervolle Gerichte geht, es ist immer eine Poesie, eine zarte Schönheit zu spüren und das "Hier & Jetzt". Die Bilder und deine drei, vier beschreibenden Zeilen pro Eintrag reichen aus, um eine gewisse Sehnsucht wachzurufen, das Leben wirklich zu leben, sich die Mühe zu machen, es in seiner Schönheit zu sehen, zu spüren, den eigenen Alltag vielleicht genauso achtsam und liebevoll zu gestalten wie die angerichteten Mahlzeiten, die fotografierten Studios, die besonderen Cafes. Und es ist seltsam: deine wenigen Worte genügen auch völlig, um das Gefühl zu haben, deine eigene Geschichte begleiten zu können und sich darüber zu freuen.
