The other weekend I took the bus up North to Whale Beach to celebrate a friends birthday there at a beach house.
Meter high waves, salt, BBQ, watching the sun set down and such different light....
It was a beautiful day....

I was in Melbourne last weekend and hope to get my film back tomorrow...

Happy Tuesday!

On Friday after work I took the ferry for only one stop to the Opera to see the play 'This is our youth" with Michael Cera and Kieran Culkin. It was such a beautiful ride and I loved the blue colors of the evening.

What did you do over the weekend?

Muesli in a new dress

After all the massive rain we had the last couple of days I like to look at images from nicer and warmer days.

Some random houses, with lonely plants, talking bins, old trees and from ceiling hanging chairs and globes .... And a photo at my favorite self-portrait spot with my new dress which I look forward to wearing when the sun is out again :)

I am looking forward to tomorrow when a very good friend of mine from back home is going to visit me for the weekend.

Happy Friday to everyone. ... Let's start the weekend with a Real Estate song

#8 Hi!

Thank you so much for all you wonderful comments on my last post. The street name is McElhone Place in Surry Hills.

I had the pleasure to go to two wonderful concerts this week. On Tuesday I saw Ryan Adams in an acoustic concert at the Opera House and he played two hours and I was impressed by his voice and how funny he actually is. On Thursday I saw a Small Club, a band from Sheffield. It was really really good and I loved that they started their set with this Pulp cover. Another pretty song and video is Two Cousins

Happy Sunday!

A street in Sydney

A street in Sydney / very cats friendly
A street in Sydney
A street in Sydney
A street in Sydney

A street in Sydney

I found this street the other day here in Sydney which might be the greenest and most cat friendly one I have seen so far (how great is this cat image).

A street which was filled with pot plants, fairy lights hanging from one house to the next, with open doors and you could hear laughters or conversations coming out of the houses, cats lying on the street warming themselves on the warm asphalt, birds sitting up heigh watching the scene and neighbors chatting to each other...I think the pictures can't really capture the great vibe of this street.

Thank you so much for your comments on my last post...
