Melbourne you are full of good places.

Mina-no-ie belongs to the same people who run CIBI and you can tell right away on the beautiful food you get there. I had a rhubarb crumble and a lemon and ginger tee and oh both were so delicious!

What were you up to this weekend?

Monk Dharma Bodhi - Melbourne

Monk Dharma Bodhi is a wonderful cafe in St Kilda where I caught up with Belinda and Elizabeth for a meal when I was in Melbourne the other weekend.

I had a beautiful lentil-veggie soup of which I didn't take a photo but was just beautiful with all its spices on this chilly day.

After getting my two films back I shot down there I realized that I took lots of photos of the places we ate. So I might show you another cafe in my next post and then just some photos of the rest of the weekend.

Cibi - Melbourne

There are so many great places to explore in Melbourne but some places I look forward to going to whenever I have the chance to visit this great city. Cibi is one of them. It is such a calm and bright place. A place you can bring a book and read without feeling the hectic of a city and a place to have fantastic food. I recommend the Japanese breakfast they offer on weekends. It is so delicious. Some photos from my first visit here

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for all your comments on my last post. I will show you soon some more spots of our apartment.

Here are some snaps from last Sunday when we went to the beach. It was so warm and beautiful in the sun so I decided to go for my first swim this Spring. The water was freezing but oh it was refreshing. I can't wait for my early morning swims, I think I'll start this routine very soon again.

When I was in Tokyo this year Hiki showed me a wonderful camera shop where I bought some film I never shot with before.
I loaded my camera last weekend with an ISO 800 film and got quiet excited about the grainy effect.
Here some corners of our new apartment.

It is getting warmer and warmer in Sydney these days but when I think of the colder Winter days of the last months I also think of the warm wool jumpers (one) which brought me through this colder period of time.
I was lucky to get my hands on some pieces from Primoeza  this year and can I tell you how much I adore Elizabeth's work.
Apart from the soft wool she uses for her collection which is so soft on your skin I also really love the many details of her work: patches, stitches, buttons, the shape of necklines or the fabric of an inner pocket, every details seems so well thought through.

You can get the ribbon tie sweater above at anaise
